What do we collect?
Only what you type into a form:
- Clinic quote form: postcode, the treatment you are considering, your name, mobile number, confirmation that you are 18 or older, and your consent.
- Clinic website form: business name and type, the problem you want solved, your name and email address.
We do not ask for your medical history. Please do not include health details in a form.
Why do we collect it?
To pass your quote request to clinics that can respond to it, or to reply to a business about website services. We do not use it for anything else without asking you.
Who do we share it with?
- Clinics near your postcode that offer the treatment you chose, when you ask for quotes.

We do not sell personal information.
How long do we keep it?
